Full Moon in Pisces

Have you been feeling a bit emosh lately? Feelings close to the surface?
Found it hard to concentrate or focus? And how about your dreams?
All part of the build up to this week’s Full Moon in Pisces.
As you know, Full Moons are the culmination of all that has occurred over the previous month since the last Full Moon. There is a sense of completion and of looking inwards and reflecting. Also what did you start or what happened back in March (the New Moon in Pisces)? Look back and see how far you have come since then, this Full Moon is the completion of that cycle.
If it’s been a bit of a rough ride for you since March, then you are coming to the end of that. If there is something you still need to let go of then do so like this:
- Take a deep breath and shout at the sky, and fling all the energy up into the air and out of your body.
Or
- Take a deep breath, gather all the energy you feel out of your body into your fists and hurl the energy down the toilet and flush it away – I promise you, you will feel so much better!
- Then give thanks.
Water signs in particular and those with water prominent in their charts, will be feeling emotional and possibly over-sensitive. Some could have memories of the past rising to the surface, which triggers sadness, or another layer of grief. Let your tears flow; they are your healing rain. You are clearing another layer of the ‘onion’, which will free up energy that has been locked away in the past.
We need to be careful not to wallow in nostalgia or the past for too long, instead give thanks for who we have known/loved and the lessons we have learned. Bless them, thank them and prepare to move forward in your own life.
Is there anyone you know who is struggling at the moment? Why not contact them and check that they are okay? And if you are feeling overwhelmed, avoid using unhealthy ways to numb those feelings, instead write it all out in your journal, read a book, watch a favourite film, go for a walk in Nature near water if possible. Give yourself this time to rest, recharge and reset.
Use the Full Moon as your creative muse/guide and allow your Soul to guide you. It’s a great Moon for doing something creative or putting the finishing touches to something creative you have been working on. It’s time for you to show the world your full potential.
It’s a great Full Moon for casting spells and doing ritual/ceremony. Just ensure that your circle is protected and that you are fully grounded, as the energies will be quite powerful.

Pisces is a psychic sign, so find some quiet time and tune in for guidance in the way that you most like doing it. Your intuition will be heightened during the Full Moon phase. The answer you have been seeking will be given to you if you create the quiet space to connect and the patience to wait. Remember the answer may come in the form of a symbol i.e. a stick on the ground in front of you in the shape of a rune, animal medicine – note the critters and insects that appear, or it may be given to you in dreamtime.
As the Autumn Equinox gives us a sense of balance and equality, dreamy Pisces energy can make us a bit spacey and ungrounded. Which is perfect for meditation, and doing ritual/ceremony that will connect you to higher powers, however remember to ground yourself before opening up.
Many of you have been working hard on yourselves, shifting blocks and old beliefs and habits. Use this magickal Full Moon energy and ask for help from those in the unseen world just waiting to step forward and help you. Ask them to help you to gently remove what remains in your way.
And as Pisces is a water sign, ensure that you drink plenty of water over the next few days. Have a lovely bath and use it as a way of blessing and thanking your body. Spend time by water and just let your mind rest as you listen to the sound of water or enjoy looking at its stillness.
- Be gentle with yourselves and each other during this Full Moon.
- Cast some creative magick.
- Drink water, do water rituals, be near water.
- Allow yourself and others to just be, as we ride the waves of emotion.
- Give each other space to be introspective.
- Write a gratitude list.
- Just BE!
