Full super Moon in Aquarius
Did you see the Moon rising? It was huge and so beautiful. It was a spectacular Supermoon.
Full Moons are the culmination of the month just gone, so how was your month? This is the last of the Supermoons for a while, and goodness there has been some intensity around them.
This Full Moon shines a light on what blocks our path, the obstacles and limitations that hold us back. Pay attention to what is being shown to you and start doing something about it/them.
There is uncomfortable change around for everyone, as I’m sure you are already aware. For fixed signs like myself (Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, Aquarius) we will feel it more keenly. We dislike change anyway and hate chaos even more!
We are all being pushed to stretch ourselves even more, to get out of our comfortable ruts, to stop hiding in the small boxes we have put ourselves in.
Who or what has been holding you back? Is it fear? It’s time to break free.
Take a look at your day-to-day life, what needs changing? Where do you feel trapped? What is bringing you down regularly? Whatever it is, get rid of it and make positive new changes that support who you are right now and who you are becoming.
There’s a bit of planetary stirring things up going on, this is in order to shine a light on where we have kept ourselves blinkered. It’s a time when we are being loudly told to leave aspects of our old self behind and step boldly forward in the direction of our dreams – whatever is going on. Remember you cannot create new unless you let go of the old.
This is a perfect time to get out of bad habits and put some better ones in place. If you have been doing the same thing for a long time, you already know that it’s become a bit boring, you already know that you need something to change. That long-term commitment now feeling like a ball and chain around your leg dragging you back all the time?
Pluck up the courage to break free from it. It’s time to let go in order to move forward.

I know that it can be hard at the moment to visualise your dreams and goals, to see yourself living the way you have always wanted to live, but if you don’t do it now when will you? At least start the process – and if you need help with that, why not book a session with me so that you have some support? DM me for more info.
Think of this Full Moon as nudging you into the future you have always wanted. There’s a lot of creative energy available to you, so be open to ‘downloads’ and write them all down, however random they may seem.
In Feng Shui terms it’s the month of ‘Hungry Ghosts.’ This means the part of you that is resistant to change/creating better habits, will do the opposite i.e. start stuffing your face with food you know is no good for you, drinking too much, hoarding etc. Hungry Ghosts trigger your addictions and addiction patterns to stop you from changing out of the rut that you are in. They feed off negative emotions to keep you trapped where you are.
Tips that will help to deal with them:
Face them head on and remind them who is in charge.
Ensure where you live is full of light and let the fresh air in.
Keep vibrant flowers and plants in your home and garden and immediately get rid of anything dead or dying.
Regularly space clear your home this month and burn incense.
Keep your home clean and tidy and fix any squeaking doors.
Get rid of more clutter, they love clutter as it gives them somewhere to hide.
Wear bright colours and gold jewellery or amulets.
Look after yourself re personal security and the security in your home. Take care if walking alone in the dark. Keep an eye on your purse/wallet/bag this month.
Over the next couple of weeks, be kind to yourself and others. There’s no rush, so slow down a bit. Take time out to free yourself from those old entanglements and commitments that you no longer need. Use this slowed down time to work out your new plan, your new habits that you want to put into place.
Most of all be patient with yourself, it won’t all happen overnight, you know that, it takes practice over and over to embed new habits – but it is so worth it! And be patient with others, it’s easy to over-react at Full Moons, but we are all going through the same thing, it’s just that some don’t understand what’s going on, but you do – you have all this information.
It’s a time to tune into your inner strength and courage so that you can make the changes you need to make. Remember to breathe – and keep smiling. You’ve got this.
It’s the last moon of Summer here, in the very hot northern hemisphere, so a perfect time to chill out a bit, make those changes and implement those lovely new habits. Your future self will thank you.
Full Moon blessings y’all!
